Government Plan to Merge Schools with Fewer Children for Better Education

The government has made a new plan to improve education in government primary schools. Many government schools have very few children. In some places, only 10 or 20 students go to school. Because of this, teachers and other school resources are not used properly. To solve this problem, the government has decided to pair such schools with nearby schools. This means that children from schools with fewer students will now go to nearby schools where there are more students, more teachers, and better resources. This plan was shared by the Basic Education Department on Monday. According to the plan, the schools with fewer students will not be closed, but they will work together with nearby schools. Both schools will be treated like one unit. This will help in using teachers and classrooms properly and in giving better education to the students. The government says that this step will improve the quality of education and also make better use of money and resources.

The top officer of the Education Department, Mr. Deepak Kumar, has sent this order to all district officers. The officers will collect information about the number of students in each school. They will find out which schools have fewer children and then suggest which nearby schools can be paired with them. The Block Education Officers will visit the schools and prepare a report. The Basic Shiksha Adhikari will take action based on this report. A special help center will also be made in every district to solve any problems that may arise in this process.

The government has also said that the empty school buildings will not be left unused. These buildings will be used as Bal Vatikas. Bal Vatikas are like small play schools for children between the ages of 3 and 6 years. One special teacher will be appointed in each Bal Vatika. These schools will have toys, books, games, and other things for small children. These Bal Vatikas will be connected to nearby Anganwadi centers. This idea is also a part of the New Education Policy, which wants children to get a good start before they begin primary school.

The government has not fixed a number for how many students a school must have to be paired. Each district will decide for itself. In Lucknow and Budaun, the rule is for schools with fewer than 50 children. In Mathura, the rule is for schools with fewer than 20 children. The officers in each district are collecting the lists and will decide what to do next.

There are many benefits to this plan. First, classrooms, benches, books, and smart classrooms will be used better. Earlier, in small schools with only a few students, many things were not being used fully. Now all children will get to use the best facilities. Second, the number of teachers in each school will be balanced. There is a rule that 30 children should have 1 teacher, 45 children should have 2 teachers, 60 should have 3, 75 should have 4, and 90 should have 5 teachers. When students from two schools come together, the number of students and teachers can be balanced according to this rule.

Third, students will get a better education. With more teachers, smart classrooms, labs, and other learning materials, they will learn more. The teachers will work together and teach better. They will

share ideas and use new teaching methods. This will help children enjoy school and stay in school. Fourth, children will also learn with more friends. This will help them grow and become more confident.

There is also one big problem with this plan. According to the Right to Education Act, every village should have a school nearby. This law was made in 2009. It says that education is a right of every child. Every child should get a school near their home. If small schools are closed or merged, then some children may have to go far to study. This can create problems, especially for small children, girls, or those living in remote villages. The government must be careful that no child is left behind and no child has to face trouble because of this plan.

In some places, like Kanpur Dehat, the plan has already started. Schools with fewer than 20 children are being merged with other nearby schools. This will help keep the teacher-student ratio correct. The state government is also planning to transfer teachers based on how many of students are there in each school. Once this work is done, the final pairing of schools will be completed. The government has said this step is important to make the education system strong.

This plan is not just about saving money. It is about making sure that all children get a good education. Every child should have proper teachers, a proper classroom, books, a toilet, clean drinking water, a playground, and a safe and happy environment. The aim of the government is to make education better and joyful for all students.

The government has also said that this plan will help bring new ideas to schools. Teachers will try new ways of teaching. There will be better teamwork among teachers. Students will also enjoy learning more. With the smart use of school buildings, blackboards, computers, and books, the whole education system can become better.

Officers will make sure that children do not have to walk far or face problems. They will also take suggestions from village leaders, parents, teachers, and other departments. A timetable will be made for the new joint school. Each teacher will be given proper work. The school will run smoothly. If anyone has a complaint, they can go to the complaint cell in the BSA office. The officers will solve all problems as soon as possible.

The goal of this plan is that every child should go to school, every teacher should teach in class, and every school should be full of learning and joy. Our children are the future of the country. They need good schools and caring teachers. If this plan is done carefully and with love, it can change the future of many children.

This is a big change. The government must make sure that children from poor families, girls, and children from remote villages are not left behind. Everyone must get equal and quality education. The government must follow the Right to Education law while doing this work. The aim should be that every child learns well and grows into a good and happy person.

The schools that have fewer children today may become happy places for small children tomorrow. Bal Vatikas can help give early education to all children. This way, no school building will go to waste. Everything will be used for the better future of children.

This plan may look small, but it can bring a big change. If the officers, teachers, and parents work together, it can become a success. It is important that the government listens to the people and solves their problems. It must make sure that no child suffers because of the merging of schools. If the plan is done with care and proper planning, it will help make education better for all.

In the end, we must remember that every child is special. Every child deserves a good school, good teachers, and a chance to learn and grow. This plan to merge schools is a step towards that goal. It must be done with love, care, and full planning. Only then will our children get the future they deserve.

TSCT Demands Free Medical for School Staff

TSCT's Request to the Director General for a Free Cashless Medical Facility for Teachers, Shiksha Mitras, Instructors, and Cooks

TSCT, which stands for Teacher Self-Care Team, always works for the well-being of teachers and school workers. On a recent day, the team met with Mrs. Kanchan Verma, the respected Director General of the Basic Education Department in Uttar Pradesh. TSCT leaders Mr. Vivekanand (President) and Mr. Sudhesh Pandey (General Secretary) handed over a written request to her.
In this request, they asked for something very important: to give a free, cashless medical facility to all teachers, Shiksha Mitras, part-time instructors, and cooks who work in schools under the Basic Education Board. This means that if they fall sick or have an accident, they should get free treatment in hospitals without paying money first. Right now, this benefit is only given to some state government employees, but not to all school staff.
Why This Facility Is Important
Many teachers, instructors, and cooks in government schools work hard every day. They teach children, help them in classrooms, and also cook mid-day meals. But if they or their family members fall ill, they often do not have enough money for treatment. This can be very difficult, especially for low-paid workers like cooks and temporary instructors.
TSCT believes that health is very important, and all school staff should get medical care without worrying about money. That is why they are asking the government to give them the same benefit that is given to regular state employees — the cashless medical treatment facility.
What Happened in the Meeting
In the meeting, Director General Mrs. Kanchan Verma listened carefully to the request made by TSCT. After receiving the letter, she marked the letter and said that she would talk to the government officers. She promised to support the request and try to convince the government to provide this facility.
She also talked to the TSCT team and appreciated the good work they are doing for teachers and staff. She gave her best wishes and said that she is happy with the efforts of TSCT.
About TSCT – Teacher Self-Care Team
TSCT is a group that works to help teachers and their families. They are not a government group, but a team made of teachers and volunteers. They raise their voice when teachers face problems, and they talk to the government to solve those problems. They believe that teachers should live a safe, healthy, and happy life.
They have helped many teacher families in the past when someone got sick, had an accident, or faced a family problem. They also raise awareness about health, safety, and financial matters.
What TSCT Wants
TSCT wants that:
All Basic Education teachers, Shiksha Mitras, part-time instructors, and cooks should get the benefit of free treatment in hospitals.
The facility should be cashless, meaning the patient does not need to pay anything at the hospital. The government will pay the hospital directly.
There should be a proper system for giving this facility, like an ID card or digital app, that makes it easy for teachers to get treatment.
The facility should be available in good hospitals (government and private) so that the teachers can choose the best care for themselves and their families.
The benefit should cover all major illnesses, accidents, surgeries, and emergency care.
Why It Is Needed Now
Teachers, Shiksha Mitras, and other school workers are the backbone of the education system. But many of them get low salaries and do not have job security. When someone in their family falls ill, they sometimes take loans or sell their things to pay hospital bills.
During COVID-19 and other difficult times, many school staff suffered because they did not have a medical safety net. TSCT saw this problem and decided to raise their voice to help these hardworking people.
Health is a basic need, and no teacher should suffer because they cannot afford treatment.
Support from the Director General
Director General Mrs. Kanchan Verma is a senior officer in charge of schools and teachers in the state. When TSCT gave her the letter, she gave a positive response. She said she will forward the request to the government and try her best to help.
She also said that she understands the importance of good health for teachers and staff. She praised TSCT for their hard work and concern.
What Will Happen Next
After the meeting, the next steps are:
The education department will study the request and prepare a note for the government.
The state government will review the demand and discuss whether it can provide the facility.
If the government agrees, they may issue an order to start the cashless health facility for school staff.
Hospitals will be listed, and a process will be made for school workers to use the facility.
TSCT will keep talking to the government and officers until the facility is approved.
A Message to All Teachers and Staff
TSCT says to all teachers, instructors, and cooks:
"We are with you. We will keep working for your health and safety. Your service to children and society is priceless, and you deserve respect and support."
They ask all teachers and workers to support this movement and spread the message.
If everyone supports this demand, it will reach the top leaders and officers. Then one day, all school staff will get free treatment and medical security.

The meeting between TSCT and Director General Mrs. Kanchan Verma was an important step towards getting free, cashless medical care for school staff. TSCT has once again shown that they care for the teachers and support staff of government schools. With the help of officers and the power of unity, this dream can come true. All school staff deserve a healthy and worry-free life. TSCT will continue this fight with honesty, love, and dedication.

A Big Change is Needed in Education for All Schools and All Teachers

When we talk about making education better, we often speak only about some good schools and some great teachers. A few schools and teachers indeed do amazing work. They work hard and teach children very well. These schools and teachers are very special, and they should be praised. But we must remember that the whole education system cannot get better by just praising a few people.

There are many schools and teachers in our country. Some are in cities. Some are in villages. Some have good buildings and classrooms. Some do not even have proper walls, roofs, or toilets. Some teachers get good training. Others never get training at all. We cannot make all schools better if we only look at a few good schools. We must take care of all schools and all teachers.

In the past few years, the government has made many new rules and plans. These were made to support some good schools and good teachers. Some schools got help. Some teachers got awards and prizes. They got chances to go to workshops and training. They got new things for their classrooms. This is good, but these rules and plans helped only a small number of schools. Most schools did not get anything new.

Let us take an example. Think about a big farm where many plants grow. If we only give water and fertilizer to a few plants, those plants will grow big and green. But the other plants will become dry and weak. We must give water and care to every plant on the farm. Only then will the whole farm be healthy. Education is just like this farm. All schools are like plants. We cannot help just a few. We must help all.

To improve all schools and teachers, we need to do many things. First, we must make good rules that can help all. These rules should not only help schools in big cities. They must help schools in small villages, too. Children in villages also have dreams. They also want to study and become doctors, engineers, teachers, and pilots. If their schools are weak, they will not get good chances in life.

Second, we must make training better for all teachers. Many teachers work very hard. But they do not get good training. They want to learn new methods, but they don’t get help. We must give all teachers good training. The training should be simple and useful. Teachers should learn how to use new books, games, and activities in the classroom. This will help students to understand better and enjoy learning.

Third, the books and lessons should also be improved. Some books are very hard to understand. Some lessons are boring or too old. Children must get books that are easy, fun, and full of new ideas. Lessons must help students to think and ask questions. They must also learn about science, nature, health, history, and more. Good books and lessons make learning strong and joyful.

Fourth, we must look at the buildings and classrooms. Many schools do not have enough classrooms. Some schools do not have toilets. Some do not have drinking water. In many schools, children sit on the floor because there are no benches or chairs. In some places, the roof leaks when it rains. In some schools, there is no electricity. How can children study well in such schools? We must fix these problems. Every child has the right to study in a clean and safe school.

Also, we must think about children in very remote areas. Their schools are in forests, mountains, or deserts. These schools often do not get any help. The teachers have to walk for hours to reach the school. The children have to carry water from far away. These children also have dreams. They also want to become something in life. So, the government must give more help to these far-away schools.

Some people say that we should focus only on the best schools. They say that if we make some schools very good, other schools will follow. But this is not true. Other schools cannot follow if they have no money, no training, and no help. We must not leave them behind. We must walk together. All schools must grow together.

The education system is like a big building. If only one or two pillars are strong, the building will fall. All the pillars must be strong. In the same way, all parts of education must be made strong: schools, teachers, students, lessons, buildings, and books. We cannot make education better by fixing only one part.

We also need more teachers in schools. Some schools have too many students and very few teachers. One teacher has to teach five or six classes. This is not fair. The teacher gets tired and cannot teach well. The students do not get proper time and attention. The government must provide more teachers to such schools.

Parents must also be included in this change. They should be aware of what their children are learning. Schools should talk to parents and share good habits. Parents can help children at home. If teachers and parents work together, children will do better in school.

Technology can also help, but only if it is used in the right way. Some schools have smart boards and tablets. But many do not even have electricity. We should not think that giving tablets will solve everything. First, we must fix the basic problems. Then, we can bring in new things.

Another big problem is exams. Many students study just to pass exams. They do not understand the lessons. They forget everything after the exams. This is not real learning. We must change how exams are done. Exams should check what the student has really learned. They should not be about just writing answers from memory.

We must also teach children good values. They should learn to be kind, helpful, and honest. They should learn to work in a team and respect others. These values are as important as Maths and Science. Schools must help children to become good human beings.

Many teachers are doing great work. Even in poor schools, they teach with love and care. Some use songs, plays, and games to teach. Some plant trees and make small gardens with the children. These are great ideas. We should support these teachers. We should learn from them and share their good work with others.

But again, we must not stop at just praising them. We must give such teachers real help, training, better salaries, good classrooms, and respect. Only then will more teachers feel proud and do better work.

If we really want to change education, we must do it for all. We must not pick only a few schools. This change must be big, deep, and for everyone. It must be for cities and villages. It must be for the rich and the poor. It must be for every child and every teacher.

A real change in education means that no school is left behind. Every school should have a good building, good teachers, clean toilets, drinking water, and books. Every teacher should get training, support, and respect. Every student should feel happy and safe in school. This is what we mean by a full and real improvement in education.

So, let us stop thinking small. Let us think big and work together. The government, teachers, parents, and society—everyone must join hands. Only then can we give every child the gift of a good education. And only then will our country grow strong and bright.

Support OPS – Subscribe and Share

Friends, today we have brought a very important and urgent appeal for you. This appeal is for all those teachers, employees and youth who are fighting for the restoration of the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) in the country. We all know that the privatization of NPS (New Pension Scheme) and government jobs has become a big threat to our future. To stop this threat and bring back OPS, a movement is going on across the country. All the active members of NMOPS (National Movement for Old Pension Scheme) are working to spread this movement across the country. Now, the time has come for all of us to give digital strength to this movement. For this, we have to reach the YouTube channel to as many people as possible.

Why is this important?

Today is the era of social media. Only dharna-demonstrations are not enough to convey our voice to the government. Now we will have to be strong on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp as well. The YouTube channel will get millions of subscribers and views, only then will the government listen to us seriously.

An important film – “Jankranti”

“Jankranti”. This film is based on our issues – the fight against NPS and the voice in support of OPS. The second song of this film was just been uploaded on the YouTube channel yesterday at 5 pm. Now it is our responsibility to make this song reach every teacher, every employee and every youth.

The full film will be released on 14 June The release date of this full film has been fixed as 14 June. This film will also be released on the YouTube channel. Therefore, we have to do these two things before 14 June:

1. Complete 100,000 (1 lakh) subscribers.

2. Make the song of the film Jankranti viral – reach millions of people.

Think friends…

Our number is in millions all over the country. If every friend shares only once and subscribes with one click, then we can achieve this target very easily. But if we remain silent, the voice of the movement will only roam among us.

Strong leadership = strong movement

The YouTube channel is our digital platform. Only when this platform is strong, the voice of the movement reaches every corner of the country.

Digitization of the movement is necessary

Now we have to understand that the fight is not only fought on the streets, but also on the internet. Our movement will be successful only when:

• Our videos will have millions of views.

• Our channel will have millions of subscribers.

• Our songs and messages will reach every corner of the country.

What should you do?

1. Click on this link:

https://youtube.com/@vijaykumarbandhu?si=hmWPPFxsBRhfB2DJ

2. Subscribe to the channel.

3. Listen and like the new song.

4. Send this song and channel to all your WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, school groups, employee unions and families.

5. Connect with the youth – they have a lot of influence on social media.

Keep in mind:

• This is not just a film – it is the voice of our rights.

• This is not just a channel – it is our digital platform.

• This is not just a song – it is the echo of a mass movement.

Achieve the goal together

It is very important to get 1 lakh subscribers by June 14. This is our first digital goal. If we all work together, then this is not a difficult task.

One small step – big impact

• One subscription

• One share

• Send one message

This is all you have to do. And you will reach millions of people.

Final appeal

Friends, the time has come now.

Now there are no excuses.

Now there is no waiting.

Start with just one click.

https://youtube.com/@vijaykumarbandhu?si=hmWPPFxsBRhfB2DJ

This movement is of all of us

This is not just a fight between one leader. This is the fight of every teacher, every employee, every youth. Our slogan should be:

Jai Yuva, Jai Ateva

Pension is our right, we will get it

Now it is your turn!

Each and every friend should come forward,

Make your contribution,

Give digital power to your leader,

And give a new direction to the movement.

Now is the time to do, not just speak.

Come together, let us make this movement resonate across the country!

Let us plant trees together

Make India pollution-free

Let us also take this oath on 5th June

Let us make the whole of India OPS-oriented.

Let us run a mission together

Let us make India old pension-oriented.

Let the whole country resound with this slogan on 5th June.

Just as it is very important for the green trees and plants to remain alive on earth to keep our environment clean, preserved and safe.

In the same way, old pension is also very important for the safety of the life of every small employee and for the well-being of his entire family in a safe and secure life.

Jai Yuva Jai Ateva

Names of plants named on 5th June, Environment Day and Country-wide Old Pension Restoration Mission,
