Teachers' Self-Care team Kanyadaan Scheme 2025 Rules and Benefits

 


The Teachers' Self-Care team has started the much-awaited Kanyadaan Scheme from 1st June 2025. This is a helpful plan for teachers or members whose daughters are getting married. Under the TSCT rules, financial help will be given to eligible teachers for the wedding of their daughters. Only legal members of the TSCT can get benefits. The help is given for one daughter only, whether elder or younger. A teacher must join this scheme before 55 years age of, and the help can be taken till 62. A 5-year lock-in period will be applied after receiving the benefit. Teachers must be active members and follow all rules to get help.

If a teacher has adopted a daughter legally before the age of 5, then she is also eligible. The committee will check the legal papers. If both husband and wife are teachers and members, then help will be given to one daughter at a time. If there are two daughters, then support may be given for both if both parents are members and follow the rules.

The scheme is optional. If a member does not join, it will not affect the main plan of TSCT. Teachers can still help families of passed-away teachers without joining the Kanyadaan scheme. Only those who have paid the fixed support fees can get the benefits. To receive help, fees must be deposited 3 months in advance. From 1st June 2026, 2 years of continued payment will be needed.

Only those teachers who have completed 2 years in TSCT and given 90% help in all past cases will get this help first. After receiving the benefit once, the teacher must follow some extra rules. They must keep helping other teacher families and pay all future fees for 5 years. A legal affidavit must be submitted to the district or state team.

The application for help must be made 3 months before the wedding. In special cases, if time is less, the member must inform the core team as soon as possible. The team will try to provide help before the marriage. But sometimes delays may happen due to checking or too many requests. Members should not pressure the team for fast help. The team has the full right to check all papers and photos of the bride and groom. The member must prove that the girl is his or her daughter. A proper photo of both bride and groom is required at the time of application.

The support amount is not fixed. In the beginning, the plan is to provide around 5 lakh rupees or more as help. This amount may change as per need and funds. The money will be collected from other TSCT members, and the team may transfer the help directly into the member's bank account or give it through a cheque. The team will maintain transparency by showing the total amount collected and given. If the wedding has already happened before the plan started, then no help will be given for that wedding.

If any member tries to misuse or hide facts, or if someone tries to spoil the image of the scheme or the team, their membership will be cancelled. The team also has the right to stop or recover the help amount from such people. This scheme is not right, but a request for help based on moral values. No one can demand help or fix an amount or ask for help on a certain date. The team cannot be forced to provide help. It will be given only if all rules are followed. Members are expected to join this scheme not to get money but to help other teachers.

If someone has already received help, he or she must submit an affidavit and promise to keep supporting the committee’s work. They must also pay their part in all future support. If needed, the team can ask for a security cheque and return it later after confirming all duties are fulfilled. If someone breaks the rules after getting help, the team can take legal action and recover the amount. The team will not use the support money for personal use. It will go only to the teacher families who need help.

The committee has the full right to make final decisions in any case. It can change the rules as needed. Any court matter related to the scheme will only be settled in the Prayagraj district court.

This scheme is for moral support and not a fixed benefit. Members must join with the spirit of helping, not just for personal gain. The Teachers Self-Care Committee only appeals for help; it does not promise a fixed amount or date. The support depends on many things, like the number of cases, funds, and checking. If someone tries to damage the name of the committee or spread lies, then they can be removed from the scheme and banned from receiving benefits. The committee has the full right to take all such actions.

This scheme shows the power of togetherness among teachers. It gives a helping hand to those who need support during their daughter’s marriage. With clear rules and moral values, it brings kindness and unity to the teacher community. All members are requested to support this with honesty and care.

Overall, the Kanyadaan Scheme is a beautiful and meaningful step towards helping teacher families. It is a symbol of love, support, and social unity. By following all rules and working together, members can make this scheme successful and helpful for many in need. The scheme is designed with fairness, transparency, and strict guidelines so that only those who truly need and deserve the help can get it.

UP LT Grade & Lecturer Recruitment 2025 Update

 


Good news has come for the students who are waiting for government teacher jobs in Uttar Pradesh. The path for the recruitment of Assistant Teachers (LT Grade Teachers) and Lecturers (Pravakta) in government secondary schools is now clear. The Directorate of Secondary Education has sent a fresh proposal (called adhisan) for more than 9000 posts to the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). This means the recruitment process can now begin soon.
Earlier, the Commission had received a proposal for 8,905 posts for LT Grade Teachers and Lecturers. But at that time, the subject-wise reservation (which category gets how many posts in each subject) was not included. As a result, the Commission returned the proposal to the Directorate for necessary corrections and updates. They said that without reservation details, the process could not go forward. The Commission asked the Directorate to re-send the proposal with proper reservation details.
Now, after a long wait, the Directorate has finally sent the proposal again. This time, the proposal includes around 2017 extra posts along with complete reservation information for each subject. Sources in the Directorate say that this proposal was sent to the Commission two days ago. Now, the recruitment process can begin without any further delay.
This is a big relief for many candidates who have been waiting for years. The last LT Grade Teacher recruitment was advertised in the year 2018. The Pravakta or Lecturer recruitment was last announced in 2020. It has been a very long wait — around 7 years for LT Grade and 4–5 years for Pravakta posts. Many candidates have been preparing for these posts for a long time, hoping to get a government job in the education sector.
Over the last year, these job seekers have protested and raised their voice more than 20 times. They held sit-ins, demonstrations, and met with officials to demand that the government start the recruitment process. Now their efforts have finally given results. The Directorate and the UPPSC are both now ready to start the recruitment.
The UPPSC can now soon publish the advertisement for new recruitment. After that, the application process will begin. The candidates will have to fill out online forms, pay the application fees, and later appear for written exams. After exams, there will be results, and selected candidates will be posted as teachers in government schools.
This new recruitment will help improve the education system too. Many government schools do not have enough teachers. Students face problems in learning because their classes do not have subject teachers. With the recruitment of over 9000 new teachers and lecturers, these problems will be reduced. The new teachers will help children in classes 9 to 12 learn subjects better. It will also reduce the workload of existing teachers who are overburdened.
The new proposal includes teachers for different subjects like Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer, Commerce, Biology, Sanskrit, and more. There are posts for both male and female teachers. The reservation list gives details about how many posts are for General, OBC, SC, ST, and other categories. This makes the recruitment fair for everyone.
Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website of UPPSC regularly. As soon as the advertisement is published, it will be available there. It is also advised that they keep their documents ready, like their mark sheets, certificates, caste certificates (if needed), and photos. They should also read the instructions carefully before filling out the form.
This recruitment will be done in a proper step-by-step manner. First, the advertisement will be released. Then the online form process will start. After that, UPPSC will conduct a written exam. The pattern of the exam and syllabus will be shared in the official notification. After the written exam, the answer key will be released. Then the results will be declared. Finally, the selected candidates will get their joining letters and be posted to schools across Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates should stay positive and prepare well for the exam. They should revise their subjects and solve previous years' question papers. Good preparation and smart study will help them score well. There will be tough competition, so hard work is needed.
This recruitment is not just important for job seekers, but also for lakhs of students in government schools. New teachers will bring new energy and better teaching. The government wants to improve the quality of education in secondary schools. With better staff and subject-wise teachers, this aim can be achieved.

Rinku Singh to Join UP Education Dept as BSA Officer

 

Team India’s famous cricketer Rinku Singh is soon going to become a Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) in the Basic Education Department of Uttar Pradesh. This big news came from the state government. Rinku Singh is a well-known player who has made India proud by playing great cricket in international matches. He is now being given this job under the direct recruitment system for international medal winners. The Sports Department and the Uttar Pradesh government are working together to give important government posts to such players.

Rinku Singh is a part of the Indian T20 cricket team. He belongs to Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Recently, he got engaged to Priya Sarvotham, who is a Member of Parliament from the Samajwadi Party. Their wedding date will be announced soon.

The Uttar Pradesh government wants to give respect and good jobs to players who have won medals for India. This decision was taken in a meeting led by the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh. The meeting was about filling vacant posts in different departments with talented athletes. It was decided that medal winners from different sports will be given officer-level posts in various departments.

In this meeting, it was agreed that Rinku Singh will be made a Basic Shiksha Adhikari in the Basic Education Department. This is a very honorable post. It means Rinku will now become a senior officer who works to improve education in schools. This step shows how much the government respects the hard work of sportspeople.

Along with Rinku Singh, many other athletes are also being given government jobs. Athlete Praveen Kumar will become a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in the Home Department. Hockey player Rajkumar Pal will also get the post of Superintendent of Police (SP) in the same department. This is a great step for sportspersons who worked hard to win medals for India and made the country proud.

Para-athlete Ajit Singh will become a District Panchayati Raj Officer in the Panchayati Raj Department. Para-athlete Simran will also get the same post in another district. Another para-athlete, Preeti Pal, will become a Block Development Officer (BDO) in the Rural Development Department. All these posts are officer-level jobs. It shows that the Uttar Pradesh government is serious about supporting sports and young athletes.

Kiran Balyan, who is also an athlete, will be given the post of Range Forest Officer in the Forest Department. This is a very good post, and she will help protect trees, animals, and nature.

All these appointments are being done under a special rule called the "Direct Recruitment of International Medal Winners Rule." This rule was made by the Uttar Pradesh government to help sportspersons get good government jobs without a long exam process. The rule says that if a person has won a medal in international sports for India, they can be directly given a job in the government.

The Sports and Youth Welfare Department, led by Principal Secretary Manish Chauhan, has issued instructions about these recruitments. The department has sent letters to all selected athletes, asking them to complete the necessary paperwork. The athletes have to submit their education documents and some other certificates before they can get their job orders.

This is a very proud moment for Rinku Singh and all the other players. Rinku has worked very hard to reach this level. His success story is very inspiring for young children. A Big Change is Needed in Education for All Schools and All Teachers






 

When we talk about making education better, we often speak only about some good schools and some great teachers. A few schools and teachers indeed do amazing work. They work hard and teach children very well. These schools and teachers are very special, and they should be praised. But we must remember that the whole education system cannot get better by just praising a few people. 

There are many schools and teachers in our country. Some are in cities. Some are in villages. Some have good buildings and classrooms. Some do not even have proper walls, roofs, or toilets. Some teachers get good training. Others never get training at all. We cannot make all schools better if we only look at a few good schools. We must take care of all schools and all teachers.

In the past few years, the government has made many new rules and plans. These were made to support some good schools and good teachers. Some schools got help. Some teachers got awards and prizes. They got chances to go to workshops and training. They got new things for their classrooms. This is good, but these rules and plans helped only a small number of schools. Most schools did not get anything new.

Let us take an example. Think about a big farm where many plants grow. If we only give water and fertilizer to a few plants, those plants will grow big and green. But the other plants will become dry and weak. We must give water and care to every plant on the farm. Only then will the whole farm be healthy. Education is just like this farm. All schools are like plants. We cannot help just a few. We must help all.

To improve all schools and teachers, we need to do many things. First, we must make good rules that can help all. These rules should not only help schools in big cities. They must help schools in small villages, too. Children in villages also have dreams. They also want to study and become doctors, engineers, teachers, and pilots. If their schools are weak, they will not get good chances in life.

Second, we must make training better for all teachers. Many teachers work very hard. But they do not get good training. They want to learn new methods, but they don’t get help. We must give all teachers good training. The training should be simple and useful. Teachers should learn how to use new books, games, and activities in the classroom. This will help students to understand better and enjoy learning.

Third, the books and lessons should also be improved. Some books are very hard to understand. Some lessons are boring or too old. Children must get books that are easy, fun, and full of new ideas. Lessons must help students to think and ask questions. They must also learn about science, nature, health, history, and more. Good books and lessons make learning strong and joyful.

Fourth, we must look at the buildings and classrooms. Many schools do not have enough classrooms. Some schools do not have toilets. Some do not have drinking water. In many schools, children sit on the floor because there are no benches or chairs. In some places, the roof leaks when it rains. In some schools, there is no electricity. How can children study well in such schools? We must fix these problems. Every child has the right to study in a clean and safe school.

Also, we must think about children in very remote areas. Their schools are in forests, mountains, or deserts. These schools often do not get any help. The teachers have to walk for hours to reach the school. The children have to carry water from far away. These children also have dreams. They also want to become something in life. So, the government must give more help to these far-away schools.

Some people say that we should focus only on the best schools. They say that if we make some schools very good, other schools will follow. But this is not true. Other schools cannot follow if they have no money, no training, and no help. We must not leave them behind. We must walk together. All schools must grow together.

The education system is like a big building. If only one or two pillars are strong, the building will fall. All the pillars must be strong. In the same way, all parts of education must be made strong: schools, teachers, students, lessons, buildings, and books. We cannot make education better by fixing only one part.

We also need more teachers in schools. Some schools have too many students and very few teachers. One teacher has to teach five or six classes. This is not fair. The teacher gets tired and cannot teach well. The students do not get proper time and attention. The government must provide more teachers to such schools.

Parents must also be included in this change. They should be aware of what their children are learning. Schools should talk to parents and share good habits. Parents can help children at home. If teachers and parents work together, children will do better in school.

Technology can also help, but only if it is used in the right way. Some schools have smart boards and tablets. But many do not even have electricity. We should not think that giving tablets will solve everything. First, we must fix the basic problems. Then, we can bring in new things.

Another big problem is exams. Many students study just to pass exams. They do not understand the lessons. They forget everything after the exams. This is not real learning. We must change how exams are done. Exams should check what the student has really learned. They should not be about just writing answers from memory.

We must also teach children good values. They should learn to be kind, helpful, and honest. They should learn to work in a team and respect others. These values are as important as Maths and Science. Schools must help children to become good human beings. 

Many teachers are doing great work. Even in poor schools, they teach with love and care. Some use songs, plays, and games to teach. Some plant trees and make small gardens with the children. These are great ideas. We should support these teachers. We should learn from them and share their good work with others.

But again, we must not stop at just praising them. We must give such teachers real help, training, better salaries, good classrooms, and respect. Only then will more teachers feel proud and do better work.

If we really want to change education, we must do it for all. We must not pick only a few schools. This change must be big, deep, and for everyone. It must be for cities and villages. It must be for the rich and the poor. It must be for every child and every teacher.

A real change in education means that no school is left behind. Every school should have a good building, good teachers, clean toilets, drinking water, and books. Every teacher should get training, support, and respect. Every student should feel happy and safe in school. This is what we mean by a full and real improvement in education.

So, let us stop thinking small. Let us think big and work together. The government, teachers, parents, and society—everyone must join hands. Only then can we give every child the gift of a good education. And only then will our country grow strong and bright.

E-Office System in UP Basic Education Department



The Government of Uttar Pradesh has taken a big step to improve the work system in the Basic Education Department. Now, all the offices of this department will use a digital system called e-office. This system will make all the work online, so files will not be moved by hand from one officer to another. Everything will be done through computers.

Right now, many files in the education department take a long time to move. Sometimes, officers or clerks keep the files with them for many days without doing any work. Teachers have to visit the office again and again to get their work done. Often, they face delays and even have to give bribes. This causes stress and waste of time for teachers and employees.

With the new e-office system, this problem will be solved. All files will be moved online. Officers will not be able to stop any file without a reason. Every step will be recorded on the computer. Anyone can check where the file is and who is working on it. This will bring transparency and responsibility to the system.

The Director of Basic Education has given clear orders that this system should be started as soon as possible in all offices. Once this system starts, no one will be able to delay work or hide files. Every officer and clerk will have to do their work on time because the system will keep a digital record.

The e-office system has many benefits. First, it will save time. Work will be done faster, and teachers will not have to visit the office again and again. Second, it will stop corruption. Today, we will learn about a unique social effort that shows how a small amount can make a big difference when people come together with good intentions. This is the story of TSCT (Teachers Support and Care Team). In this campaign, people donated just ₹155, and each needy family received help of around ₹48 lakh. This is not just financial help but also an example of unity and kindness in our society.

How did it happen?

The plan of this campaign was very simple, but the result was amazing. Let's understand the key facts:

Total members in Uttar Pradesh: More than 3,11,161 teachers are a part of TSCT.

Amount donated by each person: Each member donated just ₹15.50 for one family.

Amount received by one family: Around ₹48 lakh.

Total families helped: 20 poor and needy families.

Time taken: The work was completed in just 13 days.

These numbers may seem modest, but they show how powerful unity and caring can be.

TSCT's mission and spirit

TSCT's main mission is to help teachers and their families when they are in financial crisis. The organisation runs on voluntary support. This means that people help without any pressure, and no one is treated unfairly.

उत्तर प्रदेश के अकबरपुर में बनेगा आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त मुख्यमंत्री अभ्युदय स्कूल

 


अकबरपुर, कानपुर देहात में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल के तहत एक आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त मुख्यमंत्री अभ्युदय स्कूल का निर्माण होने जा रहा है। यह स्कूल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में एक नया मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। सरकार का उद्देश्य है कि गांवों और कस्बों के बच्चों को भी उन्हीं सुविधाओं से युक्त शिक्षा मिले, जो महानगरों के निजी स्कूलों में बच्चों को मिलती है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के निर्देशन में बनने वाले इस स्कूल के निर्माण पर कुल 22 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे। पहले चरण में बनने वाले भवन के लिए 11 करोड़ रुपये की स्वीकृति दी गई है और यह भवन दो वर्षों के भीतर तैयार कर लिया जाएगा। इस स्कूल के लिए जो भूमि चिह्नित की गई है, वह अकबरपुर के शुभम तालाब के निकट है और इसका कुल क्षेत्रफल 10 एकड़ में फैला होगा। शांत और शिक्षण के अनुकूल वातावरण में इस स्कूल का निर्माण एक आदर्श स्थान पर किया जाएगा।
यह स्कूल सरकारी स्कूलों की तर्ज़ पर संचालित होगा, लेकिन इसकी सुविधाएं किसी भी निजी विद्यालय से कम नहीं होंगी। इसमें स्मार्ट क्लास, डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, कंप्यूटर लैब, खेल मैदान, संगीत और कला की कक्षाएं, छात्रावास, स्वच्छ शौचालय, पीने का स्वच्छ पानी, सौर ऊर्जा आधारित बिजली व्यवस्था और हरा-भरा परिसर जैसी आधुनिक सुविधाएं शामिल होंगी। सरकार की मंशा है कि शिक्षा में गुणवत्ता और समानता लाकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बच्चों को भी जीवन में आगे बढ़ने के उचित अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएं।
इस विद्यालय में कक्षा 6 से 12 तक की पढ़ाई होगी। प्रवेश मेरिट के आधार पर या चयन परीक्षा के ज़रिए होगा ताकि योग्य और प्रतिभाशाली बच्चों को इस विद्यालय में प्रवेश मिल सके। यह स्कूल विशेष रूप से उन बच्चों के लिए है, जो आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर हैं, लेकिन शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने की क्षमता रखते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री अभ्युदय स्कूल बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास पर केंद्रित होगा, जिसमें केवल किताबी ज्ञान ही नहीं, बल्कि नैतिक शिक्षा, तकनीकी ज्ञान और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी का भी बोध कराया जाएगा। शिक्षा को रोजगारोन्मुखी बनाने की दिशा में यह एक महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रयास होगा।
प्रदेश सरकार का यह निर्णय शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में समानता स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है। सरकारी और निजी स्कूलों के बीच की खाई को पाटने का यह प्रयास उन लाखों परिवारों के लिए राहतभरा संदेश है, जिनके बच्चे केवल संसाधनों की कमी के कारण पीछे रह जाते हैं। यह स्कूल उन होनहार छात्रों के सपनों को नया आयाम देगा, जिन्हें अभी तक उपयुक्त संसाधन नहीं मिल पा रहे थे। जिला प्रशासन भी इस योजना को धरातल पर उतारने के लिए पूरी सक्रियता से कार्य कर रहा है। निर्माण कार्य की जिम्मेदारी उत्तर प्रदेश निर्माण निगम को सौंपी गई है और जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिया है कि काम समय से पूरा हो और गुणवत्ता में कोई कमी न हो।
यह स्कूल न केवल शिक्षा का नया केंद्र बनेगा, बल्कि स्थानीय लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर भी प्रदान करेगा। निर्माण कार्य के दौरान श्रमिकों, ठेकेदारों और सामग्री आपूर्तिकर्ताओं को रोजगार मिलेगा, वहीं विद्यालय के संचालन के लिए शिक्षकों, कर्मचारियों और अन्य स्टाफ की भी भर्ती की जाएगी। इससे क्षेत्रीय अर्थव्यवस्था को भी मजबूती मिलेगी और शिक्षा का स्तर बेहतर होने से सामाजिक विकास को भी गति मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री अभ्युदय स्कूल एक ऐसा प्रयास है, जिससे सरकारी शिक्षा प्रणाली में लोगों का भरोसा फिर से कायम होगा। यह विद्यालय न केवल पढ़ाई के लिए एक उत्कृष्ट स्थल होगा, बल्कि संस्कार, संस्कृति और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व की शिक्षा देने का केंद्र भी बनेगा। यहां से पढ़े छात्र भविष्य में डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर, वैज्ञानिक, शिक्षक और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी बनकर समाज और देश की सेवा करेंगे। यह स्कूल क्षेत्र के बच्चों को सिर्फ शिक्षा ही नहीं, बल्कि आत्मविश्वास, नेतृत्व क्षमता और उज्ज्वल भविष्य की ओर अग्रसर करेगा।
इस योजना की सफलता इस बात पर निर्भर करेगी कि इसे किस प्रकार निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता से लागू किया जाता है। सरकार ने इस दिशा में एक मजबूत और दूरदर्शी पहल की है, जिसका प्रभाव लंबे समय तक देखने को मिलेगा। यह विद्यालय उत्तर प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों में पहले से चल रहे अभ्युदय स्कूलों की श्रेणी में एक महत्वपूर्ण और आदर्श उदाहरण बनेगा।

पीटीएम बैठक अप्रैल 2025 - अभिभावकों और शिक्षकों के सहयोग से छात्र उन्नति पर जोर

 


अप्रैल 2025 में उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी परिषदीय विद्यालयों में "अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक" (Parent Teacher Meeting - PTM) का सफल आयोजन किया गया। यह बैठक उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के निर्देशानुसार और "समग्र शिक्षा अभियान" के अंतर्गत तय तिथि पर आयोजित की जाती है। इस बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत सभी बच्चों की शैक्षिक प्रगति, नियमित उपस्थिति, व्यवहार, व्यक्तिगत समस्याएं, कमजोर विषय, ड्रॉपआउट की स्थिति और अभिभावकों की सहभागिता पर विचार-विमर्श करना होता है।

सरकार ने आरटीई एक्ट 2009 (नि:शुल्क और अनिवार्य शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम) के अंतर्गत यह व्यवस्था की है कि छात्रों की समग्र प्रगति के लिए अभिभावकों और शिक्षकों के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित किया जाए। इसी क्रम में प्रत्येक त्रैमासिक माह – जनवरी, अप्रैल, जुलाई और अक्टूबर के दूसरे सोमवार को प्रातः 11 बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे तक पीटीएम का आयोजन करने का निर्देश है। यदि उस दिन विद्यालय में अवकाश हो, तो अगले कार्यदिवस में पीटीएम की जाती है।

इस बैठक के लिए पहले से ही राज्य परियोजना निदेशक कार्यालय, लखनऊ से आदेश जारी किया गया था, जिसमें पीटीएम के आयोजन की प्रक्रिया, समय, विषयवस्तु और उद्देश्य स्पष्ट किए गए थे। विद्यालयों को निर्देशित किया गया था कि बैठक के दौरान हर बच्चे के अभिभावक को बुलाकर उनकी उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाए। जिन अभिभावकों की उपस्थिति लगातार कम पाई जाती है, उन्हें विशेष आमंत्रण भेजा जाए और बच्चों की शिक्षा में उनकी भूमिका को समझाया जाए।

बैठक में विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक, कक्षा शिक्षक, समन्वयक और अन्य शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे। छात्रों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट, होमवर्क की जांच, परीक्षा परिणाम और व्यवहार रिपोर्ट अभिभावकों को दिखाई गई। कई स्कूलों में शिक्षकों ने चार्ट, प्रगति तालिका, रिपोर्ट कार्ड और स्लाइड प्रजेंटेशन के माध्यम से बच्चों की स्थिति को समझाने का प्रयास किया। छात्रों की कमजोरियों को इंगित कर उन्हें सुधारने के सुझाव दिए गए।

अभिभावकों ने भी बैठक में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से सीधा संवाद किया, बच्चों की पढ़ाई और समस्याओं को साझा किया और शिक्षकों से मार्गदर्शन मांगा। कुछ अभिभावकों ने बताया कि घर पर बच्चों को पढ़ाई में दिक्कत होती है, कुछ ने मोबाइल और टीवी के बढ़ते उपयोग की शिकायत की। इस पर शिक्षकों ने उन्हें घर पर समय निर्धारण, अनुशासन और शिक्षण तकनीक के बारे में सुझाव दिए।

इस बैठक में विशेष रूप से "ड्रॉप आउट" बच्चों की पहचान और उनकी पुनः विद्यालय वापसी पर बल दिया गया। शासन स्तर से स्पष्ट निर्देश थे कि ऐसे बच्चे जो लंबे समय से अनुपस्थित हैं या स्कूल छोड़ चुके हैं, उनके अभिभावकों से बात करके पुनः प्रवेश दिलवाया जाए। इस उद्देश्य से प्रधानाध्यापकों और शिक्षकों ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से उन घरों तक जाकर संपर्क किया था, जिन बच्चों की उपस्थिति बहुत कम है।

बैठक में यह भी कहा गया कि कोई भी बच्चा केवल आर्थिक कारणों से, परिवहन की दिक्कत से, या किसी अन्य समस्या के कारण पढ़ाई से वंचित न रहे। इसके लिए सरकारी योजनाएं जैसे कि फ्री किताबें, यूनिफॉर्म, मिड डे मील आदि का लाभ कैसे मिल रहा है, इसकी समीक्षा भी की गई।

बैठक के दौरान निम्नलिखित प्रमुख बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई:

छात्रों की उपस्थिति – किन बच्चों की उपस्थिति कम है और इसका कारण क्या है।
शैक्षिक प्रगति – कौन से विषयों में बच्चे कमजोर हैं और कैसे उन्हें सुधार की आवश्यकता है।
पठन-पाठन का वातावरण – स्कूल और घर दोनों में पढ़ाई का माहौल कैसा है।
अभिभावकों की भूमिका – बच्चों को पढ़ाई में सहयोग कैसे करें, कैसे प्रेरित करें।
ड्रॉप आउट की रोकथाम – ऐसे बच्चों की पहचान और पुनः प्रवेश की रणनीति।
सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी – जैसे मिड डे मील, मुफ्त स्टेशनरी, साइकल, यूनिफॉर्म इत्यादि।
बाल संरक्षण – बच्चों पर किसी तरह का मानसिक या शारीरिक दबाव तो नहीं डाला जा रहा है।
स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता – बच्चों की साफ-सफाई, पीने का पानी, शौचालय आदि की स्थिति।

शिक्षक समस्याओं पर बैठक में 6 बिंदुओं पर बनी सहमति

 


शिक्षक समस्याओं पर महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में उत्तर प्रदेश की महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा श्रीमती कंचन वर्मा जी से विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। यह चर्चा शिक्षक समाज के लिए अत्यंत लाभकारी रही। बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से छह बिंदुओं पर बात हुई, जिनमें से प्रत्येक बिंदु पर महानिदेशक महोदय ने या तो सहमति व्यक्त की या त्वरित कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया। इस प्रकार की पारदर्शी और समस्या-समाधान वाली चर्चा शिक्षक समुदाय में एक सकारात्मक संदेश देती है। नीचे दिए गए बिंदुओं के अनुसार चर्चा का सार इस प्रकार है:

1. प्रोन्नति वेतनमान: शिक्षकों द्वारा लंबे समय से मांग की जा रही थी कि उन्हें प्रोन्नति (पदोन्नति) का लाभ समय से मिले। इस विषय में महानिदेशक महोदय ने बताया कि शासन स्तर पर सहमति बन चुकी है और बहुत जल्द इसका आदेश जारी कर दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही मानव सम्पदा पोर्टल पर प्रोन्नति वेतनमान की सुविधा भी जोड़ दी जाएगी ताकि प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी और डिजिटल रूप से सुचारू हो सके। यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया कि बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को इस कार्य को रोकने के कोई निर्देश नहीं हैं, और वे पात्र शिक्षकों के वेतनमान की कार्यवाही निर्बाध रूप से जारी रखें।

2. पदोन्नति नीति: शिक्षकों की पदोन्नति की प्रक्रिया को लेकर लंबे समय से भ्रम की स्थिति बनी हुई थी। इस विषय पर महानिदेशक महोदया ने बताया कि वह स्वयं इस विषय पर प्रयासरत हैं और बीच का व्यावहारिक रास्ता निकालने की कोशिश कर रही हैं। इससे संकेत मिलता है कि पदोन्नति की प्रक्रिया में जल्द ही सकारात्मक बदलाव संभव हैं।

3. अंतर जनपदीय स्थानांतरण: पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण को लेकर स्पष्ट किया गया कि यह प्रक्रिया गतिमान है यानी चल रही है। इसके अतिरिक्त सामान्य स्थानांतरण नीति को लेकर बताया गया कि विभागीय प्रस्ताव शासन को भेज दिया गया है और उम्मीद है कि सामान्य अंतर जनपदीय स्थानांतरण का शासनादेश भी शीघ्र ही जारी कर दिया जाएगा। इससे शिक्षकों में स्थानांतरण को लेकर बनी अनिश्चितता काफी हद तक दूर हो सकती है।

4. पुरानी पेंशन योजना: बीटीसी 2001, विशिष्ट बीटीसी 2004, बीटीसी 2004 उर्दू जैसे बैचों के शिक्षकों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन की मांग पर भी बात हुई। महानिदेशक महोदय ने बताया कि यह विषय प्रक्रिया में है और इसके परिणाम सकारात्मक नजर आ रहे हैं। यदि यह मांग पूरी होती है तो हजारों शिक्षकों को आर्थिक सुरक्षा और भविष्य की स्थिरता मिलेगी।

5. विद्यालय समय में परिवर्तन: गर्मी के मौसम को देखते हुए विद्यालयों के समय में बदलाव की मांग की जा रही थी। इस पर महानिदेशक महोदय ने बताया कि यू-डायस पोर्टल पर बहुत से आंकड़े अभी तक अपूर्ण हैं, इसलिए शिक्षकों को उपस्थिति बनाए रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है। हालांकि, जिला अधिकारियों को यह अधिकार दे दिया गया है कि वे स्थानीय तापमान के अनुसार विद्यालय समय में बदलाव कर सकते हैं। एक और महत्वपूर्ण बात यह बताई गई कि परिषदीय विद्यालयों में इस बार लगभग पाँच लाख बच्चों का नामांकन कम हुआ है। यदि शिक्षकगण इस वर्ष नामांकन बढ़ाने में सहयोग करते हैं, तो निश्चित रूप से अगली बार समय में कटौती पर विचार किया जाएगा।

6. हाथरस प्रकरण: हाथरस के जिला समन्वयक अशोक चौधरी के विरुद्ध शिक्षकों की शिकायतों पर गंभीरता से संज्ञान लिया गया। उनके विरुद्ध एक जांच समिति गठित की गई है जो पूरी जांच करेगी। साथ ही उनकी प्रतिनियुक्ति समाप्त करने का आश्वासन भी दिया गया है। यह कार्रवाई शिक्षक समुदाय में अनुशासन और पारदर्शिता की भावना को बढ़ाएगी।

इन सभी बिंदुओं के बाद वरिष्ठ विशेषज्ञ और AD बेसिक श्री तिवारी जी से भी मुलाकात हुई। इस बैठक में भी शिक्षकों से संबंधित कई विषयों पर सकारात्मक वार्ता हुई और समाधान के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर विचार विमर्श किया गया। यह प्रयास न केवल शिक्षकों की समस्याओं को हल करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है, बल्कि यह भी दिखाता है कि शासन स्तर पर शिक्षकों की बात सुनी जा रही है और उचित कार्यवाही भी की जा रही है।

इस पूरी बैठक का सार यही है कि उत्तर प्रदेश के शिक्षक अब अपने अधिकारों और समस्याओं को लेकर सजग और संगठित हैं। शासन और शिक्षा विभाग भी अब शिक्षकों की बातों को गंभीरता से ले रहे हैं और उचित समय पर आवश्यक निर्णय ले रहे हैं। यदि इसी प्रकार संवाद और सहयोग की भावना बनी रही, तो आने वाले समय में शिक्षा व्यवस्था में और अधिक सुधार देखने को मिलेगा।
